Tigers Begin Season-Ending Homestand With Brown Friday Night

A string of three games in five days at Jadwin Gym to end the 2006-07 season begins Friday night for Princeton when the Tigers host Brown at 7:35 p.m. (WBUD-AM 1260, GoPrincetonTigers.com, live streaming video at the TigerZone).
The game features former Princeton captains on the respective benches as Princeton alum and two-time Ivy League Player of the Year Craig Robinson '83 brings his Bears (10-17, 5-7 Ivy) to Jadwin Gym for the first time during his coaching tenure.
The Tigers (11-14, 2-9 Ivy) have defeated Brown 54 times in the 56 games they've played against the Bears on the Princeton campus. Brown defeated the Tigers 63-48 at the Pizzitola Center in Providence Feb. 3.
Princeton will host Yale Saturday night (7:30 p.m., Patriot 8) and then Penn Tuesday night (7 p.m., ESPNU) to conclude the season. The Tigers have won 10 of their last 13 home games dating back to last February.

Injury Report Kyle Koncz has a stress reaction in his left foot and has not practiced since early January. Koncz has played in the last five games after missing the Dartmouth game Feb. 10.
Injury Report 2 Kyle Koncz was averaging 11.5 points per game and shooting 50% from three-point range prior to his injury. Koncz is averaging 6.5 points and shooting 32% from the arc since the injury.
Outside the Lines Princeton has taken 539 three-point shots (21.6 per game) and 508 two-point shots (20.3 per game) this season.
Three In A Row Luke Owings now has 108 three-point shots, 12th all-time at Princeton. Noah Savage has 103 career three-point shots, 13th all-time at Princeton. Kyle Koncz has 101 three-point shots, good for 14th all-time at Princeton.
Minute Man Freshman guard Marcus Schroeder leads NCAA Division I in minutes played per game (38.8). Schroeder has played 969 of a possible 1000 minutes this season.

In Charge Princeton Director of Athletics Gary Walters is the chairperson of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Committee this season. 2006-07 is Walters' fifth and final year on the committee.
Wait 'Til Next Year! Princeton will play in the Maui Invitational in November 2007 along with Duke, Illinois, Oklahoma State, Arizona State, LSU, Marquette and host Chaminade.

Captain, My Captain Senior Justin Conway is Princeton's team captain in 2006-07. Conway is a former walk-on to the program who had played one career minute prior to Jan. 29 of last season.
Numbers Game Justin Conway has averaged 6.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 34 games as a starter beginning last January.
More Honors Justin Conway earned honorable mention All-Ivy honors in 2005-06 despite not playing in Princeton's first two Ivy League games.
