Senior Night For Men's Basketball Brings Archrival Penn To Jadwin Gym

The 218th meeting between the men's basketball teams from Princeton and
Penn will conclude the NCAA college basketball regular season. Tuesday
night's 7 p.m. game at Jadwin Gym, also Senior Night for five members of the Class of 2008, will be televised live by ESPNU.
The five seniors?co-captains Kyle Koncz and Noah Savage as well as Kevin Steuerer, Matt Sargeant and Zach Woolridge, will be recognized in a pregame ceremony.
Co-captains Koncz and Savage are both three-year starters. Savage will play in his 111th career game Tuesday, among the most in team history, while Koncz has now started 63 games in the last three seasons.
The Tiger co-captains each have 155 career three-pointers, tied with Bob Scrabis '89 for fifth place all-time at Princeton.
Senior Kevin Steuerer has been a starter at some point in each of the last three seasons for Princeton. He has started the last 16 games this season and is averaging better than five points per game in that time.
Zach Woolridge earned his first career start just this past Friday, against Columbia, and responded with 15 first-half points to help Princeton to a victory. Woolridge, who entered the Columbia game with five career points in 11 appearances, also started against Cornell the next night.
Matt Sargeant, who has dealt with injury throughout his Princeton career, started nine games as a freshman.

Last Call Princeton and Penn play the last regular-season game in NCAA college basketball tonight. Princeton has now hosted this game in each of the last four seasons after it alternated between Jadwin Gym and The Palestra for the previous 12 years.
