June 03, 2009 | Men's Basketball
PRINCETON -- Sydney Johnson '97, the Franklin C. Cappon-Edward G. Green '40 head coach of men's basketball at Princeton, has announced four summer camps the Princeton basketball staff will host for students in grades 3-12.
"Princeton basketball has always placed a high value on
teaching the game, within our program and through our summer camps," Johnson said. "Our
staff and players are looking forward to another great summer camp
season."
The first camp, an Elite Skills Camp from June 14-16, will be an overnight camp for those in grades 8-12. A Team Camp will run from June 29-30, with a Day Camp for those in grades 3-7 running from July 13-17. The summer's final camp is an Overnight Camp from August 2-5 for those in grades 3-12.
The team camp, in which registered teams will play a minimum of five games between Jadwin Gym and Dillon Gym, returns to the Princeton basketball camp schedule after five years.
