Catching Up with Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Brian Earl
January 17, 2010 | Men's Basketball
Brian Earl '99 had an outstanding career at Princeton that included four straight postseasons, three straight NCAA Tournament bids, the upset of UCLA in the NCAA Tournament as a freshman, being part of the last Ivy team to win an NCAA game in 1998, two wins in the NIT and many more memorable moments.
Earl still holds the Princeton record for career three-pointers and held the Ivy League record until early this season. After a career outside basketball, Earl returned to Princeton in 2007 when Sydney Johnson '97, a two-season teammate at Princeton, became the head coach.
