Basketball, Squash Take Focus In TigerCast
February 11, 2010 | Men's Basketball
Patrick Saunders (men's basketball) and Bob Callahan (men's squash) join TigerCast to talk about big upcoming weekends for their respective teams.
Saunders, a sophomore forward, has helped the Princeton men's basketball team to a 4-0 start in the Ivy League, with all four wins being on the road. Princeton has its biggest home weekend in years this weekend when it hosts Columbia and No. 22 Cornell at Jadwin Gym, and Saunders talks about the strong run that his team has been on and the challenges upcoming this weekend.
Callahan and his fourth-ranked men's squash team will take on No. 1 Trinity, which has won 220 straight matches heading into the weekend. Princeton has battled injuries throughout the season, but Callahan is hoping to have a full lineup when the Tigers head to Hartford to resume their rivalry with Trinity.
