Basketball's Barrett to Miss Time with Injury
December 13, 2011 | Men's Basketball
Barrett has missed the last two games with the injury. Through Princeton's first eight games, Barrett averaged 4.3 points and 3.6 rebounds per contest.
"There's no doubt that losing Will is a tough break for our team," Mitch Henderson, the Franklin C. Cappon-Edward G. Green '40 head coach of Princeton men's basketball, said. "Though we will miss Will for the time being, it will give other players a chance to see some valuable court time, and we'll be an even stronger team once Will is healthy enough to return."
Princeton (4-6) has six more pre-conference games before opening the Ivy League schedule Jan. 13 at Cornell. The next of those games is Wednesday, when Princeton makes its first-ever visit to Rider's (1-9) Lawrenceville campus for a 7 p.m. tip.
