March 13, 2011 | Men's Basketball
Just 24 hours after Douglas Davis' highlight-reel buzzer-beater netted the Princeton men's basketball team the Ivy League's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, the Tigers will find out where they're headed for the big dance.
All are invited to watch the NCAA selection show on CBS with the Tigers Sunday beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the West TV Lounge on the 100 level of the Frist Campus Center on the Princeton University campus. The selection show will begin at 6 p.m.
Tickets for Princeton's opening NCAA Tournament game will go on sale to students, alumni and season ticket holders beginning at 8:30 p.m. for walk-up orders only Sunday night at the Jadwin Gymnasium ticket office and will continue until 10 p.m. Faculty, staff and members of the general public can have their name placed on a waiting list if tickets remain available.
There are only 100 student tickets available, and alumni and season ticket holders will be limited to four tickets purchased per person. Students can purchase one ticket per student ID up to two IDs shown per person. Faculty, staff and members of the general public will be limited to four tickets purchased per person.
Following the in-person orders Sunday night, the athletic ticket office will be open Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to take phone orders for NCAA tickets.
