Basketball's Barrett to Withdraw from Princeton for 2011-12
January 24, 2012 | Men's Basketball
Due to the foot injury he sustained earlier this season, junior forward Will Barrett will withdraw from Princeton University for the 2011-12 academic year. He plans on returning to the team for the 2012-13 season.
"We look forward to Will's recovery and anticipate having him back at 100 percent for next season," Mitch Henderson '98, the Franklin C. Cappon-Edward G. Green '40 head coach of Princeton basketball, said.
Barrett has not played since Nov. 30, when he sustained the foot injury in a game against Lafayette. To that point, he had been averaging 4.3 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
