Hummer's NBA Workouts Continue as Summer Leagues Draw Near
June 22, 2013 | Men's Basketball
Ian Hummer's NBA workouts continue as the NBA Draft and summer leagues draw closer.
The new Princeton graduate worked out for the Sacramento Kings on June 21 (photos below) after having workouts earlier in the month with the Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors and Utah Jazz. His final workout was with the Los Angeles Lakers on June 24.
The NBA Draft will take place June 27, and then the NBA's summer leagues will follow in July.
Hummer, who became the first Princeton player in 22 years to lead the team in scoring, rebounding, assists and blocks, was Princeton's first Ivy League Player of the Year honoree in men's basketball since 1999. He ranks second to Bill Bradley on the Princeton all-time scoring list and was a part of Tiger teams that had double-digit Ivy win totals in all four years.
