ESPN's 30 for 30 Short on the 1989 Princeton-Georgetown NCAA men's basketball tournament game is now available for viewing at ESPN.com.
The video is linked here. Comments from the film's director, Nick Guthe '91, are available here.
The game came at a time when automatic bids to the NCAA Tournament for winners of league's outside the major few were in debate, but Princeton's having come a shot away from becoming the first 16 seed to defeat a No. 1 seed renewed the excitement surrounding upsets in the Big Dance and helped grow the tournament into the March Madness we know today.
In the video, Guthe talks with several players from the team along with head coach Pete Carril and current head coach Mitch Henderson '98, who was five years from suiting up for Princeton when the Georgetown game was played.
