Princeton Remains Unbeaten, Sweeps Drexel In Jadwin
December 01, 2016 | Women's Squash
The fourth-ranked Princeton women's squash team remained perfect on the season with a 9-0 win over No. 10 Drexel Thursday night at the Jadwin Squash Courts.
While the team victory was decisive, there were two terrific matches at the top of the lineups. Junior Lindsey Scott pulled out a five-game marathon over Ryan Morgan; every game was decided by four points or fewer, including an 11-7 victory in the fifth.
Sophomore Isabel Hirshberg also won a thriller at the No. 2 spot. After Mary Fung-A-Fat took an 11-7 win in the fourth, Hirshberg bounced back in impressive fashion to win the fifth 11-5.
Every other Tigers won in three games, including Camille Price, who dropped only four points in her win at the No. 9 spot. Freshman Madison Soukup lost only five in a win at the No. 8 spot.
