Bullock Nets All Four Goals in Princeton's 4-1 Win Over Yale
October 26, 2018 | Women's Ice Hockey
Junior Carly Bullock scored four times to help Princeton earn a 4-1 win over Yale in the Tigers' ECAC Hockey opener Friday night at Hobby Baker Rink.
It marks the first time a Princeton skater has four goals in a game since Annie Greenwood had four in a 6-2 win over Colgate on Dec. 3, 2005.
After a scoreless first period, Bullock netted her first with 14:39 remaining in the second. The power play goal was assisted by Bullock's two freshman line mates Sarah Fillier and Maggie Connors. Bullock tallied again less than ten minutes later, with assists coming from Fillier and Connors once again. Bullock completed her natural hat trick with just under a minute remaining in the second skating in on Gianna Meloni after freshman Chloe Harvey poke checked the puck away in the neutral zone and Bullock took it the other way.
Princeton hosts Brown tomorrow at 3 p.m., at Hobey Baker Rink.
