Annie Kuehl, Solveig Neunzert, Maggie Connors and Sharon Frankel each had a goal as 10th-ranked Princeton completed its second straight weekend sweep to start the new season, defeating Union 4-2 on Saturday at Baker Rink.

The goals were the first of the year for all but Connors, who has five goals across the four games this season to stand at 96 career points through two-plus seasons.

Union opened the scoring five minutes into the game, but Kuehl evened things up for Princeton when she jumped on a rebound less than three minutes later.

Neunzert put Princeton ahead with a blast in the slot with less than three minutes to go in the first period.

Connors' fifth of the season came on the power play, finishing one on the doorstep of the goal.

Frankel pushed the lead to 4-1 with less than five minutes to go in the game, pouncing on a rebound before a last-minute Union goal made the 4-2 final.

Cassie Reale made 19 saves to get the win in her first start of the season.

Princeton will have a home-and-home with ECAC Hockey travel partner Quinnipiac, currently ranked No. 8 in the nation, next Friday and Saturday with the front half at Baker Rink.
