Tigers Complete Weekend Sweep, Top Saint Joseph's 3-0

Emma Davis, Marissa Hart and Lily Bryant had the three Princeton goals while Grace Barbara and Tyler McCamey split time in goal on the way to the shutout.
Though Princeton outshot the Hawks 10-0 overall in the first half, the goals didn't come until after the break. Senior Emma Davis had her first career goal when she headed in a Heather MacNab corner kick in the 55th minute. The point was also the first of the freshman MacNab's career.

MacNab had her second assist of the day, sending a pass forward to Tatum Gee, who crossed it toward a charging Ella Midura. Though a Saint Joseph's defender was tight on Midura, the pass slipped through and found Marissa Hart, who finished to put Princeton up 2-0 in the 67th minute. The goal was the second of the junior Hart's career.

In the 73rd minute, Aria Nagai intercepted a clearing try by the Hawks in Princeton's attacking end, recovering the ball and sending a pass forward to fellow rookie Bryant, who finished for the first career point for both Tigers.

The shutout half came in rookie McCamey's career debut.
Now 2-0 for the fifth time in six seasons under Sean Driscoll, the Tigers will head to the Washington, D.C. area to visit George Mason on Thursday and 11th-ranked Georgetown on Sunday.
