Ethan Wright Named Ivy Player of the Week for Third Time in '21-22

IVY LEAGUE RELEASE
PRINCETON, N.J. – For the third time in the 2021-22 season, senior Ethan Wright of the Princeton University men's basketball team has been honored as the Ivy League Player of the Week.
Wright averaged 26.5 points per game on 57.1% shooting from the field, 44.4% shooting from three and 83.3% shooting from the free throw line, along with 5.5 rebounds per game, while also recording two blocks, and two steals in games against Cornell University on Friday, February 4, and Columbia University on Saturday, February 6.
Against the Big Red, he finished with 26 points on 10-for-16 shooting, while also pulling down eight rebounds. In the Tigers' matchup with the Lions, Wright shot 10-for-19 from the field, and 7-for-14 from three on route to 27 points. His seven made three-pointers were a career-high.
Wright was also named Ivy League Player of the Week on Monday, November 22, 2021, and Monday, December 20, 2021.
Wright and the Tigers are in action next on Saturday, February 12, against Dartmouth College (5-14, 2-6) at 4 p.m. inside Jadwin Gymnasium.
