Bandura Shines With Four Hits and Six RBI In Baseball's 17-11 Win Over Monmouth

Jake Bold got the offense going with a three-run home run in the first inning. The Tigers did not let up with three more runs in the second frame highlighted by a Noah Granet RBI single.
Princeton's big inning came in the third as it scored five times with Scott Bandura's two-run single making it 10-1. A Kyle Vinci bases loaded walk put the Tigers in front by double digits, 11-1.
Monmouth scored three times in the bottom of the third stanza.
Bandura's remarkable season continued as he produced an RBI single in the fifth and a two-run hit in the sixth to make it 15-5.
The home team made another push, scoring five times in the seventh stanza to close the gap to 15-10.
Kaden Kram doubled down the left field line to bring in two more runs to finish the scoring for Princeton in the ninth.
Bandura led the way with four hits and six RBI. He improved his hitting streak to 12 games with 10 multi-hit performances. If you take away his 0-for-8 to begin the season, he's hitting .443 in 26 games since. He is also currently on a 20-game on-base streak.
Eric Marasheski, Caden Shapiro, Noah Granet and Bold each had two hits in the contest while Marasheski and Brendan Cumming scored three times.
Princeton will welcome Columbia to Clarke Field on Saturday. The doubleheader is set to get underway at 11:30 a.m.
