Tosan Evbuomwan '23 Set For NBA Summer League With Detroit Pistons

DETROIT – Princeton University men's basketball team alumni Tosan Evbuomwan '23 is set to play in the NBA 2K24 Summer League with the Detroit Pistons.
The NBA 2K24 Summer League will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, inside the Thomas & Mack Center and runs from July 7 – 17.
The Pistons recently signed Evbuomwan to an Exhibit-10 contract, a one-year, minimum salary NBA deal that allows the franchise to convert the contract to a two-way contract should the change be made prior to the start of the regular season.

Named to the NCAA South Region All-Tournament Team after leading the Tigers to the Sweet Sixteen, Evbuomwan accumulated an impressive list of accolades in 2022-23 that includes National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District 13 First Team, Ivy League Tournament Most Outstanding Player, Ivy Madness All-Tournament Team, Unanimous Ivy League First Team, Academic All-Ivy League, College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District and London Basketball Classic MVP. Evbuomwan was also the 2022 Unanimous Ivy League Player of the Year in 2021-22, also collecting First Team All-Ivy and All-District honors.
In addition, Evbuomwan's 161 assists in 2022-23 tied the program record for most assists in a season, and his 323 career assists rank No. 6 on the Tigers' all-time list for assists. Evbuomwan also joined the 1,000-point club in 2022-23, and his 1,033 points rank No. 34 all-time in school history.
