No. 4/5 Colgate Pulls Away Late From No. 12 Princeton

A two-goal game through two periods, Saturday's visit from No. 4/5 Colgate to Baker Rink saw a four-goal third period for the Raiders, who headed back to Central New York with a 6-0 win over the No. 12-ranked Princeton women's hockey team.
Princeton outshot the Raiders on goal 30-27, but Colgate netminder Hannah Murphy made all 30 saves in the win. Dara Greig and Sydney Morrow had the two goals over the first two periods, and Emma Pais had two in the third before Sydney Bard and Kas Betinol added one each.
The Tigers will head to New England for the next two ECAC Hockey weekends, going to Brown and Yale next weekend before a Feb. 3 visit to Quinnipiac.
