Baseball Falls To Yale In Series Finale

A fielding error gave the Bulldogs the first run of the contest in the top of the first inning. Garrett Larsen made it 2-0 Yale in the third frame on a solo home run.
Yale tacked on two more runs in the fourth on RBI singles from Alec Atkinson and Max Imhoff.
Princeton's first scoring threat came in the fifth as the Tigers loaded the bases, but a fly out ended the inning.
Jake Bold got the home team on the board with this solo home run in the sixth stanza.

Davis Hanson added an insurance tally for Yale with a home run in the eighth stanza.
Princeton could not put together a rally in the last two frames.
Jordan Kelly and Kram had two hits each for Princeton. Sean Episcope struck out seven to match his season high in 6 2/3 innings in the loss.
Princeton travels to South Orange on Wednesday (Apr. 3) to take on Seton Hall. First pitch is set for 4 p.m.
