More Tigers Set New PRs as Princeton Closes Out 44 Farms Invitational

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS – With another day of solid performances, the Princeton men's track and field team concluded competition at the 44 Farms Team Invitational at Texas A&M on Saturday.
On day two, a pair of Tigers set new personal records in the shot put with Joe Licata taking fourth place overall with a mark of 18.94m/62-1.75 and Casey Helm taking ninth by throwing 18.22m/59-9.5".
Kavon Miller also set a new personal best in the 400, clocking in at 46.81 for 10th place.
Sebastian Clatworthy took ninth in the high jump, clearing 2.04m/6-8.25".
In the 110 hurdles, Greg Foster and Easton Tan took 15th and 16th, clocking in at 13.99 and 14.01, respectively.
Princeton took fourth in the 4x400 relay, with the squad clocking in at 3:07.11 which puts them at fourth all-time in the school record book.
Up next, Princeton will travel south again for the Virginia Challenge in Charlottesville, Va. on April 18 and 19.
