
Tosan Evbuomwan ’23 Signs With New York Knicks

NEW YORK – Princeton University men's basketball team alumni Tosan Evbuomwan '23 has signed a two-way contract with the New York Knicks.
Evbuomwan and the Knicks begin training camp on Sept. 24.
Evbuomwan appeared in 28 games with the Brooklyn Nets in the 2024-25 season, averaging 9.5 points-per-game, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists. His career-high of 22 points came against the Utah Jazz on Jan. 12, 2025. In addition, Evbuomwan spent time with the Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies in 2024.
Named 2022 Unanimous Ivy League Player of the Year, Evbuomwan guided the Tigers to the 2023 Sweet Sixteen and was named to the NCAA South Region All-Tournament Team. He was also named 2023 Ivy League Tournament Most Outstanding Player and First Team All-Ivy League twice along with National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) First Team All-District twice.
