PRINCETON, N.J. - The Princeton Baseball Team continues their trip down in South Carolina as they prepare for two matchups against Winthrop University.

This will be Princeton's first matchup against the Winthrop Eagles.
The Tigers head into the week looking to bounce back after their previous series against South Carolina where they put together a strong offensive effort.
Several players also reached early-season milestones during the series in Jake Koonin, who hit his first home run of the 2026 season, and Will Robbins, who hit his first collegiate home run.
Grant Werdesheim has the highest batting average on the squad at .318 along with the best OPS at .809. the roster at .318.
Four of the Tigers' alumni kept busy in the off season, earning professional contracts: After completing a graduate year at Wake Forest, Matt Scannell signed with the Blue Jays, Jake Bold as a junior signed with the Padres, Caden Shapiro with the Pirates, while Sean Episcope, also a junior, was selected in the draft by the Milwaukee Brewers.
