Rookie Devin Cannady tied his career scoring best with 17 points to lead four Tigers in double figures as Princeton rolled past Bucknell 89-77 Tuesday night.
The Tigers were up by as many as 25 points in the win, which saw all 15 Tigers play and 10 Princeton players score.
It was Princeton's 41-22 advantage on the glass, however, that helped swing the game the Tigers' way, as Princeton outscored Bucknell 22-0 in second-chance points.
The key stretch for Princeton came just after the midway point of the first half, with Princeton breaking open a four-point game with a 24-4 run to take its largest lead of the game at 46-21 with less than three minutes to go before halftime.
Princeton was up 21 points with less than two minutes to go before Bucknell closed the game on an 11-2 run to trim the final deficit to 12 points. Chris Hass, Bucknell's leading scorer on the season at 17.7 points per game coming in, had a game-high 21 to lead the Bison.
Spencer Weisz had his second double-double in four games, putting in 14 points while grabbing a game-high 10 rebounds. Henry Caruso and Steven Cook chipped in 13 points apiece.
