No. 15/14 Tigers Draw Harvard to Open ECAC Hockey Weekend

Issy Wunder's second-period goal tied it, and 1-1 was where it ended on Friday night at Baker Rink as the No. 15/14-ranked Princeton women's hockey team drew Harvard to open an ECAC Hockey weekend.
Princeton will finish the weekend with a 3 p.m. visit from Dartmouth. Tickets are available here.Â
Harvard got on the board when Brooke Manning had a takeaway in the Crimson's attacking zone and found Ellie Bayard on the doorstep for the finish with just less than 12 minutes to go in the opening period.
During four-on-four play with less than eight minutes to go in the second period, Sarah Fillier won a puck along the boards behind the Harvard goal and sent it to Wunder for a close-range finish to tie it up.
Princeton outshot Harvard 69-43 overall and 31-20 on goal. Tiger netminder Uma Corniea made 19 saves.
