PRINCETON, N.J. – Regular season play wraps up for the Ivy League Regular Season Champion Princeton University men's basketball team Saturday, when it takes on the University of Pennsylvania inside the Palestra at 6 p.m.
Last Time Out
It came down to the dying moments Sunday afternoon inside Lavietes Pavilion, but a layup by junior Tosan Evbuomwan with 4.8 seconds left put the Princeton University men's basketball team in front of Harvard University, 74-73, and helped the Tigers secure their 28th Ivy League Championship in program history.
The victory over the Crimson clinched at least a share of the title for the Tigers, who have one regular season contest remaining. It moved them to 21-5 overall, and 11-2 in Ivy League play.
Evbuomwan led the game in points with 18 on 8-for-14 shooting, along with rebounds with eight, and assists with four. Senior Jaelin Llewellyn added 16 points, five rebounds, three assists, and three steals, while senior Ethan Wright added 11 points on 5-for-8 shooting, along with five rebounds. Senior Drew Friberg and junior Ryan Langborg also each scored nine points, and senior Elijah Barnes came off the bench to score eight points on 3-for-4 shooting, and grab four rebounds in nine minutes.

Llewellyn Nears 1,000 Points
With 986 career points, Llewellyn is on the verge of becoming the 36th player to join the Princeton 1,000-point club.

Evbuomwan's 117 assists in the 2021-22 season rank No. 8 all-time in school history for assists in a season.
Triple Double Watch
Should Evbuomwan, or any Tiger, record a triple double, it would be the first in program history since assists were first recorded in 1974-75.
